  • Program Evaluation: We will review your existing portfolio of programs and suggest improvements to maximize options and value to your customers.
  • Rebate Application Forms: We will develop a comprehensive menu of rebate application forms, including online application forms to make applying for rebates hassle-free for your customers.
  • The Personal Touch: ESG staffs a hotline Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm that customers and contractors can call to discuss your programs and offers.
  • Rebate Application Review and Processing: Each application is carefully reviewed to assure all program requirements and specifications are met.
  • Data Storage: Program Data and documentation is maintained in ESG Digital, ESG’s custom-built database.
  • Reporting: We will provide you with Monthly Activity Reports and Annual Reporting to State and Regional regulatory agencies; Bonneville Power Administration and California Energy Commission.
  • Compliance: We capture the required data and documentation necessary to ensure compliance with utility and/or regulatory agency requirements.
  • Field Audits and Verifications:  ESG’s field staff can perform field audits and verification.
