Michelle Ouellette

Michelle is usually the first voice you’ll hear calling Efficiency Services Group (ESG). She has extensive customer service, organizational, and budgeting experience within the advertising, sportswear, the federal government, and software industries. At ESG, she helps customers and contractors navigate the rebate application process. Michelle enjoys talking to customers and helping them through the process. She especially enjoys her work in the income-qualified programs. Those projects speak to her heart and bring purpose and joy to her work. Michelle is quick to share the positive feedback we receive from grateful customers.

Cards and board games with friends, watching or going to musicals, and spending time with her daughter top her list of favorite ways to spend her weekends. And sleeping, sleeping is good.
