Paul Rich
Program Manager & Analyst
Paul Rich first joined ESG in 2008. He has worn a variety of hats over the years. He has experience in residential, commercial, and industrial project management, including field work. Paul has extensive experience in energy efficiency program design, implementation, management, and verification of energy efficiency measures. He has received BPI Building Analyst, PTCS Duct Seal, PTCS Heat Pump Technician and PTCS Duct Seal Quality Assurance Inspector certifications. Paul had a brief stint away from ESG when he moved back to his native Tennessee in 2016.
The opportunity to tap into his knowledge, skill, and experience was a silver lining of 2020. He was hired as ESG’s first fully-remote employee. Just when he thought he was out, we pulled him back in.
